Not because I think there is something wrong with you, but to give you peace of mind if everything comes back negative. This reduce your stress level and help you move forward with your life. But I don't just walk it, I speed walk and push myself hard everyday. I started having pain in lower legs and fatigue in arms around November 2018. In mid February I pulled my left calf severely, and noticed my left calf twitching. So of course I went right to the Internet. I must admit, I am a hypochondriac. I've been this way since I was little. I've been on stomach meds pretty much my whole life. So I worry about everything. So after Dr Google scared me, I called Dr to get appointment. Then my right calf started twitching. Started to get pain in thighs also. Then the twitches started in my abs, thigh, feet, thumbs, back, and shoulders. But only when I used them strenuously. They stay in my lower legs pretty much all the time, but sometimes I don't feel them. But I can see with a flash light. So in March,I was referred to neurologist, where I took strength, EMG/NCV/ blood test . All were negative, but had slightly high muscle cells in blood. He thought it might be elevated from my calf muscle that I injured. So I'm going back, to have another blood test, but I'm scared to go back. I worry day and night, can't sleep, or eat. He told me that I should not worry, and that he thinks it's Bfs. But worrying is making symptoms worse. My shoulders are burning off and on. My neck, middle of back also hurt. I get a weird numb feeling in my lower legs, and shoulders also. I'm highly stressed and feeling every pain or weird feeling I'm having. I'm constantly on my phone, reading anything that might help me calm down to no avail. I fear the worst, even after all the test. I really would like your thoughts on my situation. BFS can definitely take a mental toll, especially if the individual is also afflicted with anxiety disorders.

I'm nearly 2 years in, and still new expressions of the disease are manifesting. Recently my extremities have become prone to parasthesia, falling "asleep" very quickly. When this happens, the affected body part will begin to rapidly fasciculate. It looks very much like a limb of someone with ALS, though I know after 2 years and being only 26, this is BFS. Still, when an intense new sensation like that happens, I get anxious for a little while before I'm able to rationalize it as just more BFS weirdness.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16996094704690468157noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6889986006783300070.post-19462578862136168262019-03-10T14:03:53.555-07:002019-03-10T14:03:53.555-07:00I have BFS in my calves. I was unable to go back to work, I tried Riluzole (Rilutek) for about a year. Tried every shot available, but nothing worked. My ALS Disease got significantly worse and unbearable because of my cognitive thinking. In 2017, I started on ALS Herbal formula from Natural Herbal Gardens, the treatment worked incredibly for my ALS condition. I used the Natural ALS Herbal formula for a total time period of 3 months, it totally reversed my ALS. I had a total decline of all symptoms including muscle spasms, difficulty swallowing, drooling and others. Sometimes, i totally forget i ever had ALS. Visit Natural Herbal Gardens web-site ww w. naturalherbalgardens. com. I am very pleased with this treatment. I eat well, sleep well and exercise regularly. I’m a 27 year old male and these twitches started May 9th, 2018. My twitching story started with a bout with severe health anxiety. After the health anxiety subsided a couple days later my triceps started twitching all night and then the twitching progressed to other parts of my body at random. When this all started, the twitching was severe and couldn’t be calmed no matter how much I tried to stop them. Over the past 3 months they haven’t been as frequent but still occur daily. My question is do you think if stress is managed for a decent period of time(1 year) I could be fasciculation free? I’m only asking because they have calmed down since inception of this rediculous syndrome that has caused so much fear. Thank you so much!Derekhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08129182462769647781noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6889986006783300070.post-36497403470060916592018-10-30T11:27:32.948-07:002018-10-30T11:27:32.948-07:00Hello,

I started seeing a new neurologist who did a full neuro workup on me (EMG, EEG, Nerve Conduction, and MRI), all exams came back normal with the exception of a slightly pinched nerve in my lower back. It's disappointing that the medical community still pretty much ignores it. Just because BFS isn't terminal doesn't mean it doesn't have serious effects on our well-being. Mineral supplements used to be helpful (I take magnesium, calcium, zinc, potassium, turmeric curcumin, gingko biloba, spirulina, and fish oil), but they don't seem to be as effective these days in minimizing the twitching. I also regularly take epsom salt baths, which are helpful in calming me down -- not so much for the twitches though. I don't drink as much water as I should, so I'm working on that. Especially with electrolyte enhanced waters (I'm SO glad they exist now so that I don't have to keep chugging gatorades for electrolytes). At this point, I'm ready to even try accupuncture. Whatever will help in keeping both my twitches and my anxiety at bay. I've also tried CBD oil to see if it would help.

Both my father and older brother have MS, so I've made sure I ruled that out. I've also sought out support in such communities and spaces like this one with other people who are living/thriving/suffering with these annoying muscle twitches as well. I'd also like to help continue raising awareness. I wish the medical community would continue to do research (thank you for yours Patrick, it's helpful!)Lady Jhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12161387275603417735noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6889986006783300070.post-66191745862036554852018-09-03T04:29:12.513-07:002018-09-03T04:29:12.513-07:00Home remedies and Herbal Treatment for Benign Ess...Home remedies and Herbal Treatment for Benign Essential Tremor that are believed to have helpful results for treatment Arnica oil, Skull Cap, Passionflower, Helichrysum Oil, Cinnamon Oil and so on.
